Kickin' Lemon
Chicken a la Crescents (this is my favorite
recipe of all time!! By Melissa Holmes)
Mix 1 (8oz) softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp. softened butter
2 tsp. Kickin’ Lemon seasoning
3 cooked chicken breasts that have been shredded
Take 2 cans refrigerated crescents, spread
each crescent out, and put a spoonful of
cream cheese mixture on top of each one.
Fold each crescent, leaving no openings.
Place little pockets on cookie sheet and
bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Zesty Lemon Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Combine:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
3 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp Kickin Lemon Seasoning Spice
2 cups cooked chicken
Serve on crackers, flour tortillas or multi-grain
bread. Top with lettuce & tomato (optional).
