Lemon Fruit Dip
1. Lemon-Cranberry Sauce - 1 cup water, 1
cup sugar, 1 12oz. Pkg. Fresh Cranberries,
rinsed and drained. Bring water and sugar
to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add cranberries
and return to boil. Reduce heat and boil
gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour Sauce into bowl, cover and cool completely
at room temperature. For a little something
different, add 3 Tbsp. Lemon Fruit Dip mix.
Refrigerate.
2. Pina Colada Dip - Mix together 1/2 package
of Coconut Pie, 1/4 package of Lemon Fruit
Dip, 1 package of cream cheese, 1 small can
of crushed pineapple (completely drained
well). Mix together first, then slowly add
dollops of cool whip as needed to achieve
desired consistency of dip. Serve with fresh
fruit.
