Parmesan Herb Mix
Parmesan Herb Potato Packet- Combine 4 med.
red potatoes (cubed), 1 med. chopped onion,
and 1 med chopped sweet red pepper. Divide
between 4 pieces of heavy-duty foil (about
12 in by 12in). Dot with butter and sprinkle
with Parmesan Herb Seasoning. Fold foil around
vegetables and seal tightly. Grill, covered,
over med. heat for 25-30 minutes. Open foil
carefully to allow steam to escape.
Add 1 rounded Tbsp. of Parmesan Herb Mix
to the Beer Bread batter before baking.
Italian Meatloaf
1 lb ground meat
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp of salt and pepper, each
1-2 Tbsp Parmesan Herb Mix
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for
½ the tomato sauce and the cheese. On wax
paper, press thin and shape the ground beef
mixture into a rectangle. Sprinkle the cheese
towards the middle. Roll up and press ends
to seal. Take off of wax paper, and top with
remaining tomato sauce. Bake 350 until desired
doneness.
Meatballs
1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 egg
1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon Parmesan Herb Mix
1 tablespoon Chili Cheese Dip
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1. In a bowl, combine the sausage, egg, crumbs,
milk and both mixes; mix well. Shape into
1-in. balls. In a skillet over medium heat,
brown meatballs; drain. Combine remaining
ingredients; mix well. Add to skillet; bring
to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer
for 15-20 minutes or until centers of meatballs
are no longer pink. Serve as an appetizer.
